Visit the old city

This excursion is ideal if you want to learn about the multicultural story of Zanzibar, recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.  

The visit brings you in the heart of the old city, in the main historical places. 

The visit includes : The old slaves market ( charge for admission included), the House of Wonders ( charge for admission included), the Arab Fort, Kelele square, the old German Embassy, the old British Consulate, the old American Embassy and the Darajani Market. 

It takes between 2h and 2h30 to visit the town with our english-speaking guide.

For a long time, Zanzibar is called "the Spice Island".

This excursion is organized to make you learn and taste the fruits and spices that belong to Zanzibar. 

It takes around 2 hours with our english-speaking guide.

The sailing boat brings you, if the weather forecast is good, on a beautiful sandbank, changing with the tide.

Here you can tan, swim or go snorkeling in beautiful transparent bottoms.

You will take the lunch in another island, joined by boat, where you will appreciate fresh seafood like lobster, shrimp, squid and fish. 

After lunch, time free to relax on the beach. if the wind is strong enough, we sail for the return.

Swimming with the dolphins

We start from a little village un the southwestern part of the island. 

During 30 minutes a wooden boat brings you to the place where the mammals are visible. 
 
Then you swim during 1 hour with the dolphins, trying to touch them or play if they accept.

85% chance to see them.

This trip is also showing you the sea beds and the colored species of fish if you go snorkeling.  

Turtles visit

Prison Island

Prison island is at 25 minutes from the old city by boat.

Originally, the colonial government built the Central Prison of Zanzibar on this island. Nowadays it became a hotel.  

To go snorkeling will show you the magnificent species of fish and corals, and of course the giant tortoises, protected species from the Seychelles.

Jozani forest

Jozani


Jozani is the biggest forest of Zanzibar. It contains about 100 tree species from a total of 43 families. Visitors can discover different tree essences, and red Colobus monkeys, native to Africa and living only here on the island. 

A ranger will guide you in the forest for a nice walk during between 1h30 and 2h.
